What It Does

Global Quantity prompt change:   

Change Quantity Prompt,chgqp.dll,chgqp

Globally changes your quantity prompt from it's current setting (Prompt) to "Assume one sold" or vice versa

To change tax rates:

Change Tax Rate,chgtax2.dll,chgtax

Allows changing of tax rates (or adding tax rates) by Department/Category/Subcategory

Delete Items:

Delete items,delitem.dll,delitem

Deletes items with no on hand quantity, no on order quantity and no YTD sales.

Extract email addresses:

Email Extract,emailcsv.dll,emailcsv

Extracts customer email addresses from the customer file to a .csv file that can be imported directly into Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or other email programs.  (Email address must be in the "Email" field

Find inventory errors

Find Errors,finderr.dll,finderr

Searches the inventory file and prints item numbers that are causing the error DESCRIPTION RV 04 error.

Match actual layaways:

Match layaways,matchlay.dll,matchlay

Matches on layaway quantity to active layaways

Match on order:

Match orders,matchoo.dll,matchoo

Matches on order quantity to existing purchase orders

Zero Inventory:

Zero Inventory:zapqty.dll,zapqty

Sets all active quantities to zero

Utility Executable

What it does

Clrsls.exe

Used to set the assigned salesperson on all customer accounts to 0000 Unassigned

Fixprx.exe

Generally cleans data and updates the profit picture file

Reloadcs.exe

Deletes any department/category/subcategory that is empty of inventory items
