If you request labels, and have mis-typed the number of labels (ex. you wanted 5, but entered 5000), turn off your label printer, exit from the label printing function, and exit from The General Store.
Using Windows Explorer, locate the file: label.csv in the \Genstore\tgsdata folder. Delete this file. Restart TGS.
